Return Policy


All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 7 DAYS. Return refunds will be issued back after we received the items and after they are inspected by our Return/Exchange Department. ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Returns must be in full packs. Broken packs are not acceptable. 

Items marked SALE are Final Sale, which means they are not refundable, exchangeable, eligible for price adjustments nor eligible for store credit.

To request a return on a damaged item, please contact us by emailing heimiousclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. 
INCLUDE YOUR PO# IN THE SUBJECT LINE and the following information in the email body.

  •  Address & Phone number
  •  Style No
  •  Quantity
  •  Color
  •  Reason for return
  •  Photos of damaged item. (full body and close up)

Only after our approval, please ship back. We recommend you to send your return via a insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurring delivery, return, including rush charges.
